Pricing
Prices listed on our website include VAT but exclude delivery. If VAT changes before dispatch and you haven’t paid yet, we’ll adjust the rate.
We charge when we dispatch your order. Ownership transfers after full payment. If payment is late, 2% interest (above Bank of England base rate) applies daily until paid.
Product Info
Unless stated otherwise, AHJAZ LTD is not the product manufacturer. Colours may vary due to screen or packaging. Always read labels and instructions before use.
We may update products for legal or technical reasons without affecting their use.
Delivery & Processing
Orders are processed the same working day (Mon–Fri). Orders after 4PM or on weekends are handled the next working day. Allow extra time during holidays or sales.

Delays or Issues
If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we’ll inform you and try to reduce the impact. We won’t offer compensation, but if delays are long, you can cancel and get a refund.
If we cannot complete the contract due to external events, we’ll cancel it and refund your payment.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Email info@ahjaz.co.uk or write to 22 Adams Street, Birmingham, B7 4LT. Return the item at your cost (unless free returns were included).
Use a tracked delivery service and keep proof.
We refund standard shipping costs only. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
If the item is used, damaged, or incomplete, your refund may be reduced.
Returns
If there’s a problem, contact us at info@ahjaz.co.uk or via our website.
Include a description and photo. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
You’ll get email updates throughout the process.
Warranty
If a fault appears within 12 months (not due to misuse), we’ll repair or replace it.
Follow the returns process. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Up to 30 days – Full refund for faulty goods
- Up to 6 months – Full refund if not repairable/replaced
- Up to 6 years – Partial refund if the product fails prematurely
Product Use
Products are for home or home-office use only.
Alterations or misuse may void the warranty and affect returns.
Customs
Orders outside mainland UK may incur import duties/taxes.
You are responsible for these charges. Customs may inspect your order.
Ending Contract
We may cancel if you don’t accept delivery in a reasonable time.
Our Responsibility
We’re not responsible for:
- Unforeseeable losses
- Delays beyond our control
- Losses caused by ignoring instructions
- Business use losses
This does not affect your rights if local laws apply or in cases of fraud or negligence.
Children
We don’t sell to under-18s. Use requires supervision by a parent or guardian.

We process your data per our Privacy Notice available on our website.

Legal disputes follow English law and can be brought to courts in the UK.
Other Terms
- We may transfer this contract to another provider.
- No third party can enforce this agreement.
- If a clause is invalid, the rest still applies.
