Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us by email at info@ahjaz.co.uk or send the cancellation form to:

If your item has already been shipped, return it within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were offered). Keep proof of return. If we don’t receive the item, we can’t refund you.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we get the item back. We’ll refund to your original payment method. No fees apply.
Important:
If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts/tags, we may reduce or deny the refund.
Returns for Faulty Items
You have 14 days from delivery to report any issues.

If confirmed faulty, we’ll email you a free return label. Once returned, we’ll replace or refund your item.
Extended returns apply during December (1st–31st) for Christmas purchases.
